Guilherme Leal is a Brazilian business and social entrepreneur, co-founder and co-chairman of Natura & Co, one of the largest beauty groups and B Corps in the world.

He is also a co-founder of the Brazilian Coalition on Climate, Forests and Agriculture, and the Political Action for Sustainability Network. Guilherme has participated in the creation and governance of several non-profit organizations related to Public Education, Children’s Rights, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Environment and Biodiversity Protection.

He is currently a board member of the UN Global Compact and a B-Team leader. In 2008, he created Instituto Arapyaú to structure his family’s investments in promoting sustainable development.
