Anaïs Salabert first encountered the Amazon in 2018 while living in Iquitos, Peru, and has since remained connected to the region. Her background in teaching in the Peruvian side of the Amazon and now in the French Guiana side reflects her strong commitment to providing the rivers' children with opportunities for a brighter future in a globalized world. In these regions, Anaïs works with local communities, understanding the relationship between their quality of life and sustainable development. She has also held other pivotal positions, including Chief of Staff to the President of the PRG in Paris and Chief of Staff at the Mayor's Office in Fleurance, Gers. Anaïs holds a DAMOCE Certificate and a Master’s in French as a Foreign Language, and she is fluent in French, English, and Spanish.
